Ivy Norris Voss is a licensed attorney in Arizona and Utah with business law, finance, and employment law experience for more than thirty years. As counsel to hundreds of business clients, she has formed new businesses and franchises, represented banks and real estate firms, and, as an Arizona Assistant Attorney General, represented the state and state agencies in many transactions and legal matters. For many years, Ivy worked in business lending for public banks, including SBA lending, construction loans, working capital, and commercial leasing and development. 

Ivy has decades of experience with employment law, representing employers in all types of situations, guiding them through procedures with administrative procedures and agencies, including the EEOC, DOL, and ADA matters. She provides counsel and guidance connected with leave laws, mandatory sick leave, ADA accommodations, employee complaints, recruitment, compensation, termination, and severance,  among other matters. She prepares and reviews employee handbooks and policies, contracts, and other documents, and can present annual trainings on harassment, discrimination, and other compliance topics.

Ivy graduated from Brigham Young University Law School in 1995 with a Juris Doctor degree, where she served as Articles Editor of the Journal of Public Law, received the Legal Writing Award for her class, and earned other honors. She passed the bar and was admitted to practice that same year. Ivy is an Arizona native who has lived in many other states, including Utah for many years, with her husband Randall G. Voss, and their eight children. Now residing near Phoenix, she enjoys working with employers and business owners in Arizona and Utah.
